Using Outlook with KingsMail
Continue using Microsoft Outlook while keeping your existing emails, folders, and search history. Outlook works perfectly with KingsMail using secure IMAP or POP3 settings.

Will my old Outlook emails stay?
Yes. In most cases, Outlook keeps your older emails stored locally on your computer. You can continue searching older emails even after switching to KingsMail.

How to add your account to Outlook
- Open Microsoft Outlook and go to File → Add Account
- Enter your full email address and select Advanced Options if needed
- Choose IMAP (recommended) or POP
- Enter the mail server settings shown above
- Use your full email address as the username
- Finish setup and allow Outlook to sync
